Between 1988 and 1991 The Man From Delmonte shone brightly creating some of the most memorable pop songs of the era. Water in My Eyes, My Love is Like a Gift, Sun Serious, Like a Millionaire – classics that helped sell out venues like The Manchester International on a regular basis. They supported James and were managed for a time by author and screenwriter Jon Ronson.
Mike West, Sheila Seal, Martin Vincent and Howard Goody haven’t played together in 34 years. This is their first show since 1991 and promises to be an emotional evening not only for the fans but also for the band themselves.
