1. Contact:
a. Band on the Wall will contact you with offers and events relevant to your membership.
2. Membership Tiers and Benefits:
a. Copper Tier: This tier is free and entitles the holder to 15% off on drinks not to be used in conjunction with other offers.
b. Silver Tier: This tier costs £2 per month and offers 15% off on both food and drinks, along with exclusive invitations to events throughout the year.
c. Gold Tier: This tier costs £4 per month or £40 per year and entitles the holder to 15% off on both food and drinks not to be used in conjunction with other offers, 20% off on selected event tickets (Band on the Wall productions at Band on the Wall only) , and exclusive invitations to events throughout the year.
d. Ebony Tier: This tier entitles the holder to 15% off on both food and drinks, 20% off on event tickets (Band on the Wall productions at Band on the Wall only), exclusive invitations to events throughout the year, free entry to bar shows when pre booked via membership@bandonthewall.org, and 20 free tickets for concerts in the main venue when .
e. All tiers allow the holder to access late night drinks offers subject to availability
3. Membership Duration:
a. All memberships are for a duration of one year, either paid monthly or annually, depending on the selected tier.
4. Membership Purchase:
a. Memberships are available for individuals aged 18 years or older.
b. Memberships can be purchased directly by individuals for themselves or as a gift for others.
c. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member or the gift recipient.
5. Membership Benefits:
a. The discounts offered as part of the membership are only applicable on eligible items as specified in each tier’s benefits not to be used in conjunction with other offers.
b. Exclusive event invitations are subject to availability and may require advance booking or RSVP.
c. Free entry to bar shows is subject to capacity limitations and RSVP requirements.
d. The 20 free tickets for concerts in the main venue are issued on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability.
e. 20% off tickets at Band on the Wall productions at Band on the Wall only
6. Membership Renewal and Cancellation:
a. Monthly memberships will be automatically renewed every month until cancelled by the member.
b. Annual memberships will be automatically renewed for another year unless cancelled by the member before the renewal date.
c. If monthly payments fail, all membership benefits will be revoked until the issue is resolved.
d. Members can cancel their membership at any time, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
e. Refunds will not be issued for the remaining duration of an annual membership after the renewal date.
7. Membership Changes:
a. Members can upgrade or downgrade their membership tier at any time.
b. Changes to the membership tier will take effect immediately, and any applicable adjustments in fees will be applied accordingly.
8. Termination:
a. The management reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice in case of any violation of these terms and conditions or any unethical behavior within the venue premises.
b. In case of membership termination due to violations, the member will not be eligible for any refunds or compensation.
9. Liability:
a. The management shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during events or any other activities related to the membership scheme.
b. Members are responsible for their conduct during events and activities, and any misconduct may result in immediate termination of the membership.
10. Amendments:
a. The management reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the membership scheme at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or other appropriate communication channels.
By purchasing a membership or using its benefits, the member acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. The management reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
