After the success of their initial launch, The Bright Black have continued to captivate audiences at a series of packed headline shows and support slots. They have played alongside The Fratellis, sold out The Deaf Institute and have even been played by Manchester’s very own Natalie-Eve Williams on BBC Introducing. Their unique sound, often described as “Glam Soul, Post Funk”, is a melting pot of funk-driven grooves, soulful lyricism and an energy rarely found outside of rock & roll.
