Prize Draw Entry
Rules for Prize Draw Competition:
1. Eligibility: The prize draw competition is open to individuals aged 18+
2. Only one entry per person is allowed
3. Random Drawing: The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted fairly and impartially.
4. Winner Notification: The winner(s) will be notified within a reasonable timeframe after the drawing via the contact information provided during entry. If the winner(s) cannot be reached within 5 working days, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Prize: 2x tickets to a Band on the Wall promoted gig of your choice, not shows promoted by external hirers of Band on the Wall. *Subject to capacity and for shows at Band on the Wall only. The prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Inner City Music reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Publicity: By participating in the competition, the winner(s) agree to allow Inner City Music Ltd. to use their name, likeness, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the competition, without further compensation.
7. Disqualification: The organizing company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in fraudulent, unethical, or inappropriate behaviour. The decision of Inner City Music Ltd. is final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
8. Modification or Termination: Inner City Music Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties, fraud, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Inner City Music Ltd. is not obligated to award any prize(s).
9. Privacy: Personal information collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the organizing company’s privacy policy. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner(s) unless otherwise stated.
