Alumni from the Manchester College reunite for a big show at Band on the Wall!
Paige & Amy
An acoustic duo based in Manchester. Working together, they have created an act that brings feel-good songs to the forefront. They specialise in harmonies and offer a performance worth talking about. As well as their work at College events, they also run a YouTube channel ‘Paige & Amy’ where they like to post covers of songs for fun.!
Gaby Zacara
A spiritually conscious soul devoted to changing the world through her music and lyrics, Gaby is renowned in the music industry for her electronic top-lining skills, already racking up over 25 million streams worldwide. Her latest single ‘Covered In Gold’ is one of her many new tracks that feature a chilled electronic RnB vibe with deep-rooted lyrics, aiming to inspire us to see the beauty in being our unique selves, reminding us of our true divinity and learning how to fall in love with life all over again.
Camelion
The group all met at Shena Simon on the music course, with the members progressing onto Salford, RNCM and The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Since leaving the college, they’ve regularly gigged for functions and jam nights around Manchester. Their influences come from the likes of Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder and Robert Glasper.
EVABEE
Manchester-based songstress, producer and artist Evabee has been making waves on the scene these past few years. Fresh from performances at We Out Here and Outlook festivals Eva will delight you with her soulful sounds and raw lyrics. Expect a memorable show from this up and coming performer.
Mr Mustard
Mr Mustard is the lovechild of Ruben Sheridan (Hunrosa, Pitch & Jehst, kara.) and Jack Duckham (Lyla, Blind Mic, Katbrownsugar). Together they make experimental noises under the mantra “vibes over quality”, though their jazz, hip-hop and electronic-inspired duo has excelled at delivering both (on occasion).
