The Cavs are a 5 piece indie/rock outfit from Manchester and Salford who have developed a reputation for their creative style of indie rock that focuses on blending melodic hooks with frenetic guitar lines.
They draw on a wide range of musical influences from acts. Their live shows are known for being energetic and engaging experiences that keep audiences hooked until the end. They have received recognition from musical legend Simon Le Bon (Duran Duran) and have been played on BBC Manchester Introducing, Radio X and have had multiple single become XS Manchester’s record of the week. Nominated this year by This Feeling as ‘Big in 2023’ and ‘the ones to watch’ they have sold out headline shows in their hometown of Manchester at venues such as; The Deaf Institute, Manchester Academy 3 and Off the Square. They have previously supported acts such as The Lilacs, Spangled and Jonny Brown (Twisted Wheel). The Cavs also made their festival debut at the 2023 Isle of Wight Festival.
