The Steve Howe Trio consists of the legendary guitarist from Yes and Asia alongside his son Dylan Howe on drums and Ross Stanley on hammond organ. Formed in 2007 their sizzling live jazz sets create a friendly and dynamic tension between Howe’s Yes lineage, his own compositions and the hard bop of choice from Dylan and Ross. Often their set list includes songs from jazz guitarist Kenny Burrell, who Howe cites as an important reference point for his work, alongside Yes classics and works from Howe’s long and illustrious solo career. A wonderful evening out in the company of one of the UK’s greatest guitarists.
