‘Little House’ is guitar and composer Rory A. Green’s first single release featuring his new quintet written about a vivid childhood memory of a warm glowing sun shining through the dust and sand during the dry harmattan season in Ghana.
With evolving textures, dynamics and unapologetic uses of space and moments of silence Rory uses his music to tell stories about his multi heritage background, share memories of growing upvin both Accra, Ghana and Manchester, UK and other life experiences.
Rory’s music is heavily influenced by artist like Jakob Bro, Stuart McCallum and Jasmine Myra and is drawn to artists that allow their music to breathe and occupy time, allowing space itself to be another instrument
