Band on the Wall welcomes the internationally-acclaimed jazz and folk singer to its stage for this very special concert by one of Ireland’s most loved artists.

Mary Coughlan’s remarkable career has produced some stunning and critically acclaimed albums that display her remarkable voice and gift for writing emotionally-charged songs of great beauty and depth. These include her wonderful debut Tired and Emotional, Under The Influence, Uncertain Pleasures and Love for Sale. Having successfully won her battle with booze (so brutally and honestly explored in last year’s autobiography Bloody Mary: My Story), her last album, The House of Ill Repute, is considered one of her finest and Band on the Wall sees her performing live at the very top of her game.

“As a singer who comfortably resides inside her song, she can move effortlessly from playful to persistent, relaxed to razor sharp, white hot to ice cold….”

This event will begin at 8pm but our Picturehouse Cafe bar is open for delicious food and drinks from 5.30pm
