Manchester Arndale is looking for the next hottest sound in Manchester, and Band on the Wall is once again proud to host the competition’s semi-final.
Four semi-finalists will be selected by the competition judges, including our very own CEO Gavin Sharp. These four bands will be invited to play live at Band on the Wall where the judges will select two finalists. Click here to enter.
All entrants will have their music heard by industry experts. The 2016 judging panel will consist of Band on the Wall’s own CEO Gavin Sharp, Tim Thomas, Director at Blueprint Studios, Clint Boon of The Inspiral Carpets and Andy Smith, Director of From the Fields. The winning act will be selected at Manchester Arndale’s annual ‘Student Spring Break’ event on Tuesday 19 April 2016.
The prize for the winning band is four days’ studio experience at Blueprint Studio to produce a song for release, plus the opportunity to perform live at Kendal Calling 2016.
