Labelled With Love & Debt Records present Louis Barabbas And The Bedlam Six.
In Association With The Association Of Independent Music (Aim) And Club Fandango.
Swing-fixated narrative folk squeezed through a filter of rock & roll. That’s how the Bedlam Six describe their sound. BBC 6 Music was a little more concise, however – simply calling it “Excellent in EVERY way!”
This is a band that scarcely pauses for breath; constantly touring and recording, they have performed all over the world – from UK, Ireland, the USA and Mexico, to sell-out shows across mainland Europe and the coastal towns of Australia, their tumultuous concoction of high energy and musical ingenuity has delighted crowds and critics alike. Over the years they have collaborated with the likes of Kirsty Almeida, Liz Green, Hope & Social and John Otway; shared stages with such disparate acts as Motorhead, I Am Koot, Sun Ra’s Arkestra and The Buzzcocks; won praise from fellow musicians Supergrass, The Blockheads and UB40, as well as comedians Mark Steel, Sue Perkins and Julian Barratt.
Their new album “Youth” is out now on Debt Records.
The Picturehouse Cafe Bar is open beforehand for delicious food and drinks.
