Choir of Outsiders is a North West based music promoter specialising in contemporary and experimental folk. Come join the chorus.

Seafoam Green

Seafoam Green – singer/guitarist Dave O’ Grady and singer – although that word doesn’t even really begin to cover it, Murieann McDermott Long – specialises in what we now call Americana. If you want blues, gospel, and folk, they’ve got it, but what they’ve actually perfected across two albums and countless live shows is the sound of a glorious rock n’ soul revival.” Pat Carty, HotPress

Jo Rose

Jo Rose is a singer, songwriter, multi instrumentalist and producer from Manchester, UK, and a real Band on the Wall favourite! When not fronting garage rock two piece Despots with Jon Kay (previously of Working for a Nuclear Free City), he is recording under the name Pit Pony, or performing as Jo Rose. His solo music channels core influences such as Sparklehorse, Townes Van Zandt, Elliott Smith, Smog, Neutral Milk Hotel and Songs: Ohia. He has toured with First Aid Kit and Thea Gilmore across the UK and Europe, and has released two records thus far under his own name, garnering the appreciation of his peers for his lyricism and idiosyncratic multi-layered guitar playing style.

This show takes place on the bar stage.
