Back by popular demand – another course exploring blues forms, styles and techniques for all blues instruments and vocalists with tuition from blues aces Mat Walklate and Paolo Fuschi. This course includes fresh new repertoire and some revisited favourites from the Summer course.
This eight-week programme is open to intermediate to advanced players (guitar, bass, drums, harmonica, keyboard, melody instruments and singers). To get the most from this course, participants should be confident players with at least two years of playing experience, but previous blues experience is not necessary.

This course will cover a variety of classic styles from Chicago to Texas and the West Coast including Country Blues and Rhythm and Blues. It explores repertoire from blues legends such as Jimmy Reed, BB King, Albert King and many more.
Mat Walklate (Harmonica, guitar and vocals) and Paolo Fuschi (guitar and vocals) share a passion for blues music and have performed and recorded together since 2014 receiving rave reviews along the way.
