Brighter Sound presents two group guitar courses with Noel Maher at Band on the Wall.
Always thought about learning guitar but not sure if it’s for you? Put off by expensive lessons fees? These five week beginner guitar courses are designed to give you an affordable and accessible ‘taster’ of the wonderful world of the guitar.

Beginners – In five one hour group sessions our experienced and supportive guitar tutor Noel Maher will take you through some of the basics of popular guitar, and show you that learning to play can be a fun and rewarding experience! Starting from the ground up, this course will cover everything you need to start playing tunes within just a week or two including:
Beginners Continued – An extension of the beginners course to consolidate and enhance your skills and repertoire.
This term we are offering two blocks of five weeks. Block 1 from 8 Jan – 5 Feb. Block 2 from 12 Feb – 18 Mar.
Don’t own a guitar yet? Don’t worry – Brighter Sound can provide guitars for use during lessons. Please let us know if you need to borrow one for the lesson.

- Times: One hour sessions available from 6:30pm (Complete beginners) and 7:30pm (Beginners continued)
Block 2 (Feb-Mar)
- Day: Fridays
- Dates: 12, 26, Feb. 4, 11, 18 Mar.
- Times: One hour sessions available from 6:30pm (Complete beginners) and 7:30pm (Beginners continued)
- Price: £50 per block of five or £12 per session. Book online or pay at the box office on the night.
