Born November 1991, when the last Kuwait oil fires extinguished, Miles Davis passed away, Gang Star released ‘Step in the Arena’, and South Africa held its first cricket international in 20 years.

Raised in the UK’s South London, Ashley, draws his unique inspiration from a vast landscape of sounds, infusing the likes of Skepta; Sinead Harnett, Digital Underground & ZuZu, Goldie and even Dreezy. Ashley’s authentic and refreshing jazz piano style has made fans of the visual artist, Gareth Nyandoro and filmmaker, Idris Elba.

Graduating from Royal Academy of Music with performance and collaborations Jazz legends Terence Blanchard and Jean Toussaint, Henry draws on inspiration from his Jamaican roots from the Jamaican jazz musicians that changed the face of UK Jazz such as Joe Harriott, Dizzy Reece and Jackie Mittou.

Working alongside Grammy-winning artists like Keyon Harrold, he is the creator of the London Milestones Series, and The RE: the cross-global electronica/hip-hop/poet collective.

Opening for Ashley tonight is Mychelle.

Fast-rising Hackney singer songwriter Mychelle dropped her stunning debut single ‘The Way’, via FAMM / The Orchard. ‘The Way’ arrived alongside a video directed by photographer Michaela Quan (Vogue, The Face), and shot on Hackney Downs, near her London home. The track was welcomely received from Digital Streaming Platforms which placed Mychelle in leading playlists such as ‘New Music Friday’ (Spotify), ‘New Music Daily’ (Apple Music) and ‘UK DSCR Surface’ (Vevo).

This is a rescheduled seated show. Original tickets remain valid.
