AMP Creative Music Production

Brighter Sound’s AMP (Advanced Music-making Programme) returns to Band on the Wall this August, with four days of workshops starting on Monday 12th, leading to a performance at 2022NQ in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, on the 15th. 

Creative workshops will be running from 10am – 4pm each day. Performance at 2022NQ will be at 7pm.

Applications invited from all experienced young musicians aged from 13-19 from around Greater Manchester and the North West. The project is aimed at experienced young musicians who want to collaborate, contribute, devise, push boundaries and mix styles.

We’re looking for MCs, drummers, string brass and wind players, guitarists, lap-toppers, vocalists etc, from all musical backgrounds, to come together, bring their ideas and work with our team of highly qualified music leaders to produce completely new and original music.

Venue: Band on the Wall. 25 Swan St, Manchester, M4 5JZ

Dates: 12th-15th August

Times: 10am-4pm 

AMP is completely FREE to attend.
