Band on the Wall has been presented with a prize for venue accessibility in the ‘Accessibility Starts Online’ category at the Attitude is Everything Awards – a new event celebrating excellence and innovation in live event accessibility for disabled audiences.
The shortlist reflected the diversity of the UK’s live music scene, from international ticketing companies and iconic arenas to tiny venues, grassroots festivals and innovative small businesses, all making great strides towards making live music accessible for everyone.
A panel of fans, artists and industry experts experts decided the winners, which were announced on 12 March at an accessible ceremony at Islington Assembly Hall.
