Manchester Jazz Festival returns to Band on the Wall this July and we’re thrilled to present a stunning programme of shows to celebrate including saxophone-drums duo Binker & Moses, versatile jazz drummer Richard Spaven, fast-rising stars Skeltr, soulful vocalist Davina & The Vagabonds, genre-blending brass band Broken Brass Ensemble and a free-entry showcase of some of our favourite emerging jazz artists.

Binker & Moses make their Band on the Wall debut on 20th July and we cannot wait, their live show is intense and hypnotic and saw them open for American trio The Bad Plus on their recent UK tour.
Richard Spaven + Skeltr / Saturday 21 July
Jazz and crossover drummer Richard Spaven stunned audiences with his slick beats at Band on the Wall in January, now he’s back and we’ve added insanely talented duo Skeltr to the bill, following their sensational performances opening for KNOWER on their UK tour.

Minnesota jazz blues outfit Davina and the Vagabonds bring their high-energy live shows, brilliant musicianship, sharp-dressed professionalism and commanding stage presence to our stage on Sunday 22nd July.
