We are saddened to hear that our friend and collaborator Marcus Kaye, aka Marcus Intalex, has passed away suddenly.
The news came as a huge shock to us, the Manchester music community and followers of underground dance music culture around the world. Through his legendary Soul:r label and the Soul:ution drum and bass night, which we hosted at Band on the Wall for 15 years, his groundbreaking music and passion for his craft inspired countless people.
Our thoughts are with his friends, family and loved ones at this time. We’ll miss you, Marcus.
