Band on the Wall will yet again be hosting a celebration of Youth Arts and performance, Sunday 23rd of March will see the first ever ‘All In One’, a collaborative arts event that brings together several different disciplines and arts organisations from across Greater Manchester.
As well as providing a great performance opportunity for several groups of young artists, what makes ‘All In One’ unique is that it is organised entirely by three of the Band on the Wall Foundation’s Young Ambassadors.
Guided through this process by our delivery partners Brighter Sound, our three young ambassadors, Matt, Leyla & Bradhave received training in project management, marketing, finance fundraising and much more, giving them all the skills they need to unlock their creative potential and make this fantastic event come to life.
Through projects like ‘All In One’ Brighter Sound aims to develop young artists and a future creative workforce through youth cultural leadership projects.

There are a wide range of organisations involved, including: Brighter Sound, Manchester Camerata, Be Spoke, Royal Exchange, JoJo’s Dance Academy, & Unknown Media. Each organisation will provide different aspects of art culminating with a grand finale performance here at Band on the Wall.
Brighter Sound will provide an urban sound for the evening, which will include rappers, instrumentalists, vocalists and beatboxers. Each individual will create a unique piece to be performed at All in One.
Manchester Camerata have prepared a distinctive performance that undoubtedly will be bursting with vitality. Joining us will be the organisation’s Youth Forum, which is a collective of young people from Greater Manchester with a passion for music.
Be Spoke are a highly renowned innovative spoken word collective that include some high profile and extremely talented young people.
The Young Company is The Royal Exchange’s residential company for young people. The Royal Exchange offers an Open Space for Young Company members to develop their own ideas, which will be brought to life at ‘All In One’ to then transfer over to the studio at The Royal Exchange for a second performance.
Unknown Media is an independent media company that has a variety of Artists and acts including; Rappers, Beatboxers & Singers. The team offers a unique and vibrant atmosphere at all of the events they’ve played and we’re very excited to have them on board.
