"I'd photographed a gig there and was trying to get cab back into the old city (never easy in Havana) when I looked over the street and saw this picture.
I unpacked a Leica and snapped it, I love the whole thing , the comedy festival billboard and 'Ella' in lights - very Cuban - 'Mella' with the 'M' neon busted -dap cool during the jazz festival." William Ellis, 2011
