Merchandise
An area within the venue will be provided for the sale of merchandise. Please contact the Technical Manager for discussion of percentages.
Timings
Band/Crew access As arranged in contract.
Sound checks As required but checks must end no later than 30 minutes prior to doors to allow crew a food break.
As show times vary, please refer to your contract for information on Doors, artist stage times and curfews. If in any doubt, please contact our Technical Manager.

There is a section of stage measuring 6 feet by 6 feet stage left, which can be utilised for shows without monitor consoles.
Backdrops
If you are carrying your own backdrop, please forward a copy of the fire certificates prior to the show for approval.
Electrical equipment
Any electrical equipment supplied by the artist must have a PAT test certificate. If you do not have certificates, please arrange prior to the show to have your equipment tested or alternatively we can arrange to have the testing done at Band On The Wall if arranged ahead of time (call the Technical Manager with any questions or quotes).
Wireless equipment
Any wireless equipment used for a performance must be licensed where necessary. All licenses must be forwarded to the Technical Manager prior to show day.
