Start your week off right with yoga here at Band on the Wall!
Suitable for all abilities, we practice a mixture of yoga styles with various options and progressions to suit you. Please bring a mat if you have one – props provided.
This is a 45 minute class from 07:45-08:30.
Sessions are £5, however full bursaries are available – just email learning@bandonthewall.org
Doors open from 7:35, and please arrive with enough time to set up before the beginning of the session. Entry is via the blue box office doors.
