The Watch plays Genesis’ Seconds Out & more

  • Thursday | 21.03.13
  • 7.30pm
  • Band on the Wall, Manchester
  • £16.50 ON T...

Following their incredible 2011 performance of Genesis’ Selling England by the Pound, Italy’s foremost progressive rock band perform that band’s classic Seconds Out album plus other great tracks.

One of prog rock new shining stars, founding member Simone Rossetti‘s vocal style is not dissimilar to Peter Gabriel‘s, it comes as no surprise to find the band is heavily influenced by Genesis at their 70s peak with elements of Spock’s Beard and Anglagard thrown in for good measure. For this very special concert they will be performing the classic 1977 Genisis album Seconds Out plus other material. Expect outstanding, cerebral muscianship and one of their famously full-on incandescent live performances.
