A night of classic reggae at Band on the Wall featuring a very special concert by Jamaican roots reggae legends The Abyssinians followed by one of our acclaimed reggae club nights with DJ Mikey D.O.N (Night Of The Living Dread) taking the sweet vibe into the early hours.
Dedicated Rastafarians, The Abyssinians formed in 1968 and feature the close harmony singing of Bernard Collins, Donald Manning and David Morrison in a band that produced the now legendary Satta Massagana – described as “Reggae’s national anthem’, one of its greatest hits and now considered one of the catalysts for early dancehall. Expect this and their other great hits including African Race, Tenayistillin, Y Mas Gan and many more as this legendary and intensely loved band raise the Band on the Wall roof.
Our Picturehouse Cafe Bar will be open before the show from 5.30pm for delicious food and drinks.
TICKETS NOW ONLY AVAILABLE IN PERSON FROM THE BAND ON THE WALL BOX OFFICE. BOX OFFICE OPEN FROM 5PM
