Week 3 of a 10 week course.

Jules Gibb and The Picturehouse Choir welcomes all comers, all ages, all abilities to sing and harmonise in the friendly social atmosphere of the Picturehouse at Band on the Wall.

The group sings traditional acapella songs taken from the amazon rainforest to the highlands of Scotland, plus a selection of specially created natural voice arrangements of classic songs in styles ranging from jazz, gospel and popular music.

No previous singing or musical experience necessary. No auditions needed. Try it out before you subscribe, just come along for a ‘no obligations’ trial session and sign-up for the term if you want to carry on.

This term, to celebrate the our 5th anniversary, the choir will be recording an album! Please not the extended recording session on 21st May. More sessions to be announced.

Performance opportunities include a small scale informal performance in the Picturehouse at the end of term and the Street Choirs festival in Hebden Bridge 11-13 July.
