Olivia Joseph – The Ms. Joseph Album

Olivia Joseph celebrates the lead up to the release of her debut album ‘Ms Joseph’ with a new headline show. Joseph blends soft rock and hip-hop, which references both the new and old flavours across UK and US sounds. Inspirations for this project can be traced strongly to ‘Frank’ – Amy Winehouse, ‘Brown Sugar’ + ‘Voodoo’ – D’Angelo. Since the release of her first EP ‘Who’s Bangin’ at the Door?’, Joseph’s sound has grown into something unique within the UK alternative jazz/rap scene by featuring eclectic instrumental performances from her band for recordings and performances, along with distinctive story telling lyrics.
