Manchester’s famous reggae night returns with Mikey D.O.N and Peace FM special guest Pablo G at the decks and spreadin the love until 3am.
PEOPLE!! We are PROUD to announce that (very luckily!!) ITS THAT TIME AGAIN!!!! It’s time for the NINTH INSTALLMENT of Mikey D.O.N.’s Reggae night – the formidable & now popular ‘NIGHT OF THE LIVING DREAD’ Sessions – that take place here at the Band On The Wall. 🙂 🙂
For this event we are keeping this one especially ‘local’, & calling it ‘THE DREAD AN’ DI BALDHDEAD’ – as we are making another piece of MUSICAL HISTORY with this ULTRA-SPECIAL LINE-UP. For the FIRST TIME EVER, we are bringing PEACE FM’s & Manchester’s leading Entertaining Dancehall Selector, none other than PABLO “WAT-A-GWAAN” G, to DJ alongside nowadays B.O.T.W. Selector MIKEY D.O.N. (one-third of the legendary UK rap group KRISPY 3), for this MUSICAL SHOWDOWN!! To say that this session is YEEAARS OVERDUE is an UNDER-STATEMENT!! 🙂 🙂
BOTH DJ’s will be armed to the teeth with KILLER tunes – including DUBPLATES – so expect to hear nothing less than absolute BANGERS in ALL genres of Reggae OLD & NEW – from DUB to DANCEHALL, ROOTS ROCKERS to RAGGA, LOVERS ROCK & anything else in the mix! Also, as on all the previous N.O.T.L.D. Sessions, expect to see a plenth of MC’s holding down the mic duties with party vibes as per usual!!
Entrance fee for this historic night BEFORE 11PM is FREE!! YES….FREE!! NOTHING!! ZILTCH!!! ZERO PENCE!! (Can you REALLY believe it????) IT IS ONLY £5 AFTER SO GET DOWN EARLY PEOPLE!!!!!!
For those that dont already know, or have not already had the pleasure of experiencing one, when the ‘Night Of The Living Dread’ Sessions take place, they are nothing but PARTY NIGHTS filled with nothing less than 100% PARTY VIBES – so understand that this is going to be a party NOT TO BE MISSED!!!!! So, get your glad rags on, bring a whistle, put a big smile on your face, get your dancing feet ready & prepare to PARRRTTYY!!!!! 🙂 🙂
“Run & tell your friends……PARTY VIBES COME AGAIN!!!!”
