Mr. Scruff & Luke Una join us for a 6 hour across-the-board DJ set, spinning soul, jazz, hip-hop, house, electro, disco, funk, breaks, afro, latin, reggae and all points in between. Celebrating connections and dragging those musical pigeons out of their holes! The night will be hosted by the original smile factory MC Kwasi. This night is part of Mr. Scruff’s tour in support of the Music Venue Trust and Save Our Scene. £1 from each ticket will go to MVT and SOS’s Liveline Fund.
Aimed at supporting the independent music scene, the Liveline Fund is primarily focused on strengthening the future viability of the UK grassroots music ecosystem. Alongside curated investments into infrastructure, events, touring and UK grassroots music venues; artists and independent promoters will be able to apply for funding through an open application process.

PHONES ON THE DANCEFLOOR
Please don’t use phones on either dancefloor. We ask this because we want the dancefloor to be a place where everyone can be in the moment. If you’re tweeting, texting, bidding for a pair of socks on eBay or taking a picture of your friends, you’re not only out of the moment, you also might be making it hard for someone else to be in the moment. The bar areas or balcony is a much better place for this.

CORE VALUES
Be nice to everyone. Tip the lovely bar staff. Say excuse me if you bump into someone. Respect other people’s space. If you’re made to feel uncomfortable, or if you see anyone behaving inappropriately let one of our staff know, and we will sort it. We will not stand for inappropriate behaviour of any kind. If you witness or are subjected to sexual harassment, intimidation, unwanted invasion of your personal space or any other form of disrespect, let a member of staff know and we will deal with the situation in a way that makes you feel comfortable – we’re prepared to do anything from have a quiet word to contacting the police.

TICKETS ON THE DOOR
Tickets are usually taken off sale at 4pm on the day of the event, so even if it looks sold out online there should be places on the door. Please come down early if you don’t have a ticket.
