Frontman of 80s and 90s alt-pop hitmakers The Wonder Stuff,  Miles Hunt takes to our Manchester stage with original Wonder Stuff violinist Erica Nockalls for an acoustic night of their hits plus new feel-good folk and intelligent, catchy pop sewn seamlessly and beautifully together.

Miles Hunt put the Black Country firmly on the map with his band The Wonder Stuff in the late 80s and early 90s, achieving numerous top 20 hits such as A Size Of A Cow, Welcome To The Cheap Seats and a No. 1 single, Dizzy, with comedian Vic Reeves. Hunt’s ongoing collaboration with Erica Nockalls sees a maturer musical journey producing a series of songs and albums that have received great reviews and brought a whole new generation of fans to these perfectly in tune together artists. Expect these new works alongside stripped down versions of their much-loved greatest hits. Wonderous stuff indeed. Support tonight comes from bluesman and ex-singer with Immaculate Fools, Dirty Ray.

This show starts at 8pm but our Picturehouse cafe bar will be open earlier for homemade food and drinks.
