One Education Music in partnership with Brighter Sound and Band on the Wall is delighted to be working with the National Youth Jazz Collective to offer a new programme of opportunities for young musicians to play and learn together.

With Jazz weekends, half term and summer courses, workshops, master classes, jam sessions and performance opportunities; this programme is for all school aged musicians with an interest in Jazz (from beginner to advanced). The National Youth Jazz Collective focuses on small group improvisation in streamed groups designed to support all levels of ability (whatever the instrument).

“We really liked learning about improvisation – even though we’ve never done it before. It was fun when you got over being nervous.”
