Multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and producer Leyton Thomas often floats between lyrical bedroom-soul and downtempo electronic production. Born in East London and now living in Manchester, Leyton Thomas’ exposure to city life in both the North and South not only informs most of his introspective lyricism, but also his creative freedom that inevitably exists in places of opportunity and culture.
As a selector & DJ, Leyton Thomas consistently hints at his influences, from modern and classic US Hip-Hop, through to British future garage, via Brazilian and Latin Jazz – Leyton revels in playing melodic music that can move feet and hips.
