LeGroove presents to you its first event – a jam night at Band on the Wall in Manchester!
This evening is all about giving a space for you to improvise in front of a crowd and create something incredible on stage with your fellow bandmates – genre wise we’re centred around neo soul, funk, R&B, and the Blues.
The guideline for the evening is: try to not cover songs! We want to promote and create a space for originality and spontaneity. Given this, there will be mistakes, but that is the beauty of the jam.
So if you’re a talented singer, rapper or musician: bring your friends to watch, come up on stage, have a quick brainstorm on what to play with your new bandmates, and get jamming!
All live music lovers and enthusiasts, come down to witness the talent unfolding on stage!
We’ll have a house piano and drum kit for all of our pianists and drummers.
