Jam on the Wall is our unique and versatile new jam night on our bar stage, an intimate space to improvise, express yourself and connect through music, hosted by incredible musicians from around Manchester.
We’re aiming to create a nurturing environment for up-and-coming artists of all disciplines and backgrounds to experiment – so come along and get involved – all welcome!
This special Manchester Jazz Festival edition is hosted by NONUNONU.
Groove-based jazz loaf fresh out the oven, NONUNONU are a guitar trio heavily influenced by black American music. They bring together elements of jazz, hip-hop, prog, fusion and funk to create their own original sound. The band have already been making waves, playing gigs around the north west including Manchester International Festival, Manchester Jazz Festival, EskFest, Hope Street Jazz Festival and Lancaster Jazz Festival. They will be touring their debut EP ‘Laundry Day’ (released on the 1st of Feb 2023 on Future Fable records) in early 2023.
