Nightbus are an eclectic indie three-piece band, hailing for varying parts of the North of England.
Now based in Manchester, the three members (Olive, Jake and Zac) found common ground over their mutual taste in music, which prompted a desire to collaborate and make their own music. Their sound is a testament to the scenes, era and bands that have inspired them to make music that would stand out in an ever-expanding alternative scene.
To make and write late night music is the ethos of the band. On the debut track this vision is put to the forefront with a sound and aesthetic that is reminiscent to the early work of The Cure, and draws references to modern alternative bands such as Bdrmm, Men I Trust and Fontaines D.C. This inspiration is worn on their sleeve but leads the lucky listener right
to the mindset of a twenty something year old, immersed in the damp, grey, vice soaked North-West of England.
