Dutch Uncles are an English indie rock band formed in Marple, Greater Manchester, known for their angular guitar riffs, intricate rhythms, off-kilter melodies and art-pop sensibilities. Their sound blends indie rock, math rock, synth-pop and progressive influences, creating music that is rhythmically complex yet often irresistibly catchy.

The band feature vocalist and guitarist Duncan Wallis, guitarist Robin Richards, bassist and keyboardist Daniel Spedding, and drummer Andy Thompson. They emerged in the late 2000s with a distinctive, technically adventurous approach to British indie, drawing comparisons to bands that favour unconventional song structures and danceable, interlocking rhythms.
