Creating open and inclusive spaces for folk and acoustic musicians from all walks of life to come together, collaborate and share in Manchester.

Find out more about the 3 artists performing:

Fionnuala Bradbury: Fionnuala Bradbury is a singer songwriter from Manchester. Her sound is inspired by the local folk scene she grew up in, and the jazz music she found a love for later on. Having been studying archaeology at university for the past few years, she has returned to Manchester to get back into the music scene. Her part-Irish heritage meant she plays the fiddle, and had the pleasure of learning traditional folk songs from Ríoghnach Connolly. Her recordings of traditional Irish folk songs, made with the help of Mike McGoldrick, have been played on BBC Radio Ulster and BBC Radio 2’s Folk Show.

Oscar White: Oscar White is a singer songwriter and folk musician, originally from Devon and now based in Manchester. Inspired by celtic fingerstyle guitar styles and traditional songs, along with American folk music, he enjoys blending old and new influences through interpreting traditional music and writing original songs.

Bryony Lloyd: Manchester based Bryony Lloyd shares her quiet, reflective moments in a fresh and healing sound, blending humour and heartache into one. While contemplative, Bryony’s sound has excitement and intrigue with a raw earthiness at its centre. Off the back of her first EP release, Bryony is creating a heartfelt, folk flavoured buzz in Manchester, bringing busy rooms to attentive silence and harking on the likes of Joni Mitchell and Loudon Wainwright iii to channel her stories.
