Band on the Wall presents a series of free entry gigs and DJ sets on our second stage, located to the rear of our brand new bar. We’ll be shining a light on our favourite emerging artists across all genres with a diverse programme of global sounds from, and inspired by, the music of cultures from around the world.
Donna Leake is a keen music explorer of many styles. She’ll jump between different countries, decades and tempos, seeking the magic in music and bringing you along for the ride. Her love of Jazz runs through everything she does, and the freedom in the music is reflected in her DJing style. Her Brilliant Corners residency & regular NTS shows helped to spread the word, and we are delighted to bring Donna to Manchester for a mammoth DJ session in the BOTW bar!
Donna will be joined by the original smile factory: MC Kwasi, who will be using his microphone to encourage leg movement.
