Donna Blackwood is a soulful R&B Singer and Songwriter from Manchester, England.
Donna has been singing for the past 18 months and released her first single in June 2023 called ‘Where Are We’.
From hosting Open Mics to performing live at various venues across Manchester, Donna has put on shows at both 53Two ‘An Evening With Donna Blackwood ‘ November 2023) and
‘Donna Blackwood LIVE’ at Off The Square Manchester February 2024.
Donna joined The Untold Orchestra and regularly sings at the Blues Kitchen.
As a lover of 90’s R&B, Donna is heavily influenced by Brandy, Toni Braxton, Mary J Blige, Mariah Carey along with groups like Blackstreet and BoysIIMen. Donna is currently in the making of her own R&B project called D.M.B (Donna-Marie Blackwood) and will be performing this live next month at the Band On The Wall this August 24th.
