With a MOBO Award Nomination, BBC introducing feature, 3 Music Video Awards, Music Week feature, Sold Out concerts, a unique voice and musical arrangements that have been described by many as ‘soothing’, ‘uplifting’, ‘melted-chocolate’ and ‘waterfalls’; DavidB is not waiting for validation from music moguls before living his dreams! His 8-track EP, which is OUT NOW, is about encouraging people to do the same and is aptly titled ‘Care About The Journey’. This R&B artist draws inspiration from the likes of Brandy, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, and Emeli Sandé. DavidB’s aim is to inspire the world with great melodies and uplifting messages. Ni-Cola
The “Lil lady with the big voice” has performed to a crowd of 30,000 in California, toured on a 20 date US college tour across Ohio, Baltimore and Alabama playing at the world renowned Tuskeegee University, and even had a date named after her “The british are coming day” October 2010. With two incredible independantly released albums “Love Out Loud’ and “My Passion His Heart”, presented the Mancunian with futher accolades receiving two nominations for the prestigious MOBO award for “Best Gospel Act” in 20j12 and 2015 and also a nomination for the Urban Music Awards (UMA’s) in 2015 for “Best Gospel Act”, just narrowly missing out she is now flying her MOBO flag high and 2016’s bar has been set very high for the award winning singer, who is also the first cousin of X factor finalist Misha B. This urban Gospel talent recently performed at the “Barbados Gospel Festival” in (2014) alongside, Tye Tribbett, Damita Haddon, and Hezekiah Walker, and then made her political debut performance at the “House of Commons” Ni-Cola is excited to perform songs from a decade of her music and has some surprises set for the night.
