Bossa Dos Patos – A Brazilian Night of Bossa Nova and Samba

From the smooth, laid-back grooves of bossa nova to the infectious beats of samba and the intricate charm of choro, Bossa Dos Patos play timeless classics from legends like Tom Jobim, João Gilberto, Jacob do Bandolim, Stan Getz and many more. 

Bossa Dos Patos formed through a shared love of Brazilian music. The group name pays homage to the bossa nova standard ‘O Pato’ written by João Gilberto which is a mainstay of the band’s set list. Gigging regularly at Matt & Phred’s, Baker’s Vaults and playing a set at Green Island Festival in Hulme this summer, the band brings people together through the warmth and soul of Brazil’s most iconic sounds.
