Band on the Wall are delighted to present Blue Touch Paper – the latest physical incarnation of the unique musical architect that is Colin Towns. Touring on back of their acclaimed latest album Drawing Breath.
Blue Touch Paper, released their debut album ‘Stand Well Back’ in the UK during March 2012, turning heads and prompting ecstatic reviews. Formed in 2010 with German and UK musicians, the writing/recording took two years to complete. Their new album ‘Drawing Breath’, released October 2013, continues the Blue Touch Paper soundscape, with elements of jazz, rock, electronic and classical music once again demonstrating an adventurous, visionary and powerful way forward.
