A full weekend of Beer ’n’ Blues. We present the finest artists the UK’s blues scene has to offer together with a 20 pump bar featuring brews from local breweries, such as Wilson Potter, Seven Brothers, First Chop and Green Mill Brewery.
For the first time ever, the two biggest female voices in the British Blues scene are joining forces. Connie Lush and Kyla Brox will each perform their usual spellbinding sets, but expect fireworks when the two bands join forces for a spectacular finale.
There is no more authentic blues and soul singer than Kyla Brox. That’s blues and soul, because the two forms are indistinguishable in her hands. Kyla’s raw talent and purity of expression come as a welcome find in the age of the plastic diva and conveyor-belt poppet.
Connie Lush has been recognised as one of the finest blues singers in the Uk today. The winner of “Best Female Vocalist” no less than five times, Connie has earned her place in the gallery of greats. Her incredible stage presence and powerful vocal have also been recognized overseas as she was twice voted “European Blues Vocalist of the year” by the Blues Trophies Awards.
