All Hands On Deck is a feminist DJ collective for women, trans and non-binary people. The collective was founded to create a welcoming space in which people could try their hands at DJing out in a low-pressure, non-judgemental environment. The All Hands On Deck crew regularly host open deck parties, DJ workshops and social events in Manchester. Within just over a year, they have created a community of local DJs who have played at various festivals, while their residents have played on NTS Radio, Limbo Radio and Red Light Radio.
