Acoustic Bhuna is Band On The Wall’s brand new acoustic showcase evening, playing host to some of the very best acoustic music that the North West has to offer.
Every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, between 6 and 10pm, you will be able to see three of the regions finest acts playing for FREE in the cosy setting of Band On The Wall’s Picturehouse Cafe-Bar.

Jamie Brewer is a breathtakingly skilled guitarist whose beautifully crafted songs are imbued with an emotive, spine-tingling musicality. A lap-tapping guitarist in the style of Andy McKee and Eric Mongrain, Jamie Brewer would not look out of place in the company if either of those fantastic players. With his video, ‘Songbird’ picking up thousands of youtube hits, the future’s looking bright for Jamie. Catch him playing for free whilst you still can!
Taylor And The Mason are a high-energy female folk duo whose catchy, harmony-fuelled pop songs are guaranteed to get the toe tapping. Comprised of Manchester song writers Sally Mason and Becky Taylor, they have become familiar faces on the Manchester acoustic circuit and instant hits with all who see them play.
Glass Tides. Forged in Manchester’s vibrant open mic scene, Glass Tides have earned themselves a loyal and rapidly growing fan base through their impassioned song writing and dynamic live performances. Championed by BBC Introducing, Glass Tides have recently recorded their debut EP at the illustrious Blueprint Studios, for release later in 2014.
