London’s Tone Control are fast completing their second decade in the game, across those years they built a cult following for their futuristic British electronic soul music, claiming Kerri Chandler and Theo Parrish among their supporters for both their original tracks and their Tone Control Music label releases which across the years have also seen support from Tony Humphries and the late great Frankie Knuckles.

Recently, sagacious and sophisticated Wolf Music recordings re-released their classic 2008 single, ‘Illusion’ sporting none other than Detroit legend, Theo Parrish on remix duites. A return to the studio beckons, so all discerning futurists should keep Tone Control on their radar.

As a DJ, producer and person, Mas O Menos founder Levi Love is larger than life. As anyone who’s been swept up in the raw energy of one of his many Manchester-wide bar or club residencies knows, the South African-born, northwest-based crate digger picks and makes music that celebrates the fulness of our existence.
