John Smith announces new album; releases new single ‘Far Too Good’

Today, much-loved singer/songwriter and guitarist John Smith announced his fifth studio album, entitled ‘Headlong’, to be released independently on Friday 19th May. Smith has teased the album with a delightful, trade-markedly intimate and aptly titled single ‘Far Too Good’.

‘Far Too Good’ sees the man from Devon do what he does best, combining delicate acoustic guitar rumblings with warm, gravely vocals, resulting in a near-four minute piece that you’ll find yourself humming along too after a few listens.

John Smith heads out on his UK tour next week, stopping off at The Glee Club, Birmingham on Sunday 2nd April and The Dancehouse, Manchester on Friday 7th April. If you fancy getting a sneak peek of ‘Headlong’, pick up your tickets for the shows here.
