SoulandJazz have shared a new live recording from London-based keyboardist and composer Bill Laurance. The recording consists of a live performance of The Pines, an elegant cut from his acclaimed third album Aftersun, released last year with GroundUP Music and features the musicians who will accompany Bill on his forthcoming UK tour: drummer Joshua Blackmore, bassist Chris Hyson and percussionist Felix Higginbottom.
The video exemplifies Bill’s stylistic breadth at the piano, comparable with that of players like Herbie Hancock and Michel Graillier, and is confirmation of the beautiful music you can expect to hear at his Spring live dates.
