Band on the Wall has an opening for an enthusiastic, talented programme manager to join the programming team.
We are looking for someone to manage the booking and promotion of artists across a wide range of genres, both inside and out of the venue.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a similar role, whether as an independent promoter or managing an in-house programme. They will understand and embrace the risks involved in brokering deals, have a talent for negotiation, and be comfortable dealing with a range of artists and agents, from emerging acts to international names. They will be proficient at contracting and advancing shows and be happy to work closely with our marketing team to deliver dynamic campaigns and maximise sales. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be expected to go above and beyond to successfully deliver an exciting and thoughtfully-curated programme.
