Back by popular demand Brighter Sound and Global Grooves present Hand Drums and Percussion Course with Lea Mullen and Chris Cruiks.
Explore the role of the percussionist in bands and other group settings. A course for players of all levels from beginner to advanced. Fun, friendly and informative!
Use congas and hand drums with a selection of hand percussion instruments and learn their importance and place in any musical setting from latin to hiphop. Learn new skills and techniques from two of the UK’s finest players. Create percussive beats and grooves in small group settings and fit them into a full band ‘groove’ with expert coaching from Lea and Chris.
This is an open level course suitable for players of any level from beginner to advanced and highly recommended for all would-be percussionists and drummers. The classes are divided into groups based on levels of experience working with both tutors.

- Cost: £65 Full / £50 Concession / £10 Pay-per-session at the Box Office on arrival
NB: Concessions are for unwaged, full time students and OAP only. Under 16’s should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
